2. Description of Service
FlowCRM provides a customer relationship management platform specifically designed for travel agencies. The Service includes client management, booking tracking, itinerary building, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Multi-Tenant Structure
FlowCRM operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each travel agency (tenant) has isolated data. You may only access data belonging to your assigned tenant.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We take data security seriously. All client information, booking details, and business data are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to access data from other tenants
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Service to transmit spam or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlowCRM are owned by EquationX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlowCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
